The National workshop of Progress Project was held by 11th of june 2013. There were 20 participants from the members of Bursa Chambers of Electronics,Project staff . The participants were choosen from the different training levels and different sub occupations in Electronics sector.

Before the workshop ,field research has been done by the Project technical staff and Project coordinator. The skills mismatch problem,best practices and the possible solutions were discussed and a field research study have been prepared to discuss during the workshop.

The main common idea of the group was skill development trainings are one of the solutions to raise the employability of the people the group were focused was soft skills needed by the employers. One of the participants said that flexibility of the staff is the most important criteria for him as an employer. The group said as a result that the vocational skills are important but during the daily working life the soft skills which a staff have usually make the studies better.
